The Kent Playground project, designed by Robert Sergent- Fairley of School Playground Designers, represents a £240,000 transformation of a traditional school outdoor space into a vibrant and engaging junior adventure environment.

The project centred around the installation of a large-scale timber activity structure, carefully crafted to inspire active play, exploration, and creativity among pupils.

Previously a plain Victorian asphalt area, the space has been completely reimagined into a dynamic green playground.
The design incorporates a wide variety of challenging and stimulating features, including wood block climbing walls, vertical climbing nets and bars, firefighter poles, and a striking high polished steel slide. Elevated elements such as timber platforms, walkways with balustrade handrails, cargo nets, rope leaps, jungle bridges, and knotted climbing ropes add an exciting multi-level dimension to the play experience.
