Guarantees
Our guarantees are intended to cover normal usage
Our guarantees would not apply if normal care and regular maintenance had not been followed or if vandalism or deliberate damage were caused.
They would not apply if damage were occasioned by floods, fires, lightning or a natural disaster. Accidental damage is not covered by our Guarantees.
What's Covered?
- All timberwork: including Play Platforms, Tree Houses, Ramps, Walkways, Steps, Ladders, Bridges, Arches, Pergolas, Planters, Benches, Seats, Deckings, Lean To shelters, Sheds, Pavilions, Fences, Trim Trail items constructed from Timber ----10 years
- Water features: including Waterfalls, Cascades, Fountains and Old English Water Pumps(this guarantee would be invalid if there is neglect in the upkeep of these items in the regular cleaning of filters, motors, pumps and serviceable parts)----2 years
- Paved areas: in Mosaics, Reclaimed bricks and Natural Stone pavings----10 years
- Polycarbonate roof shelters: ----10 years
- Stainless steel products: including Slides, Pull up bars, Somersault bars, Parallel gym bars, Firefighters pole----10 years
- Combination rope climbing items:----1 year
- Natural rope climbing items:----1 year
- Climbing and Crossing items constructed from Chains:----2 years
- Complaint Grass Tiles:----10 years
- Sand Pits and Soil Pits: (but the guarantee does not cover the annual replenishment of extra sand or soil)----10 years
- Cultivated Lawns:----5 years
- Artificial Grass(subject to normal usage):----10 years
- Barbeque pit:----5 years
- Zip Wire and structures:----1 year
- Plants: one month
- All trees, shrubs, climbers and plants have been grown and “potted on” at Specialist Nurseries
- All plants are supplied in perfect condition and carry an International Guarantee of 1 month after delivery
- If any item is weak or failing, it is obvious within 2 weeks of delivery
School Playground Designers Ltd take great pride in the planting aspects of all their work.
Their director, Robert Sergent-Fairley, personally visits the Nurseries and hand chooses every single tree, shrub, climber and plant.
His philosophy is that the continued beauty of the plantings is as equally important for the children, as the many Activity items contained therein.
