Winns Primary School’s previously neglected Quiet Garden had become overgrown and inaccessible over the years.
Once a tranquil part of their large playground, it had fallen into disrepair and had to be fenced off, losing its original purpose as a calming outdoor space.

Now, thanks to a totally unique hand-drawn design by Robert, the area has been completely transformed into a versatile Quiet Garden and Outdoor Learning area.
The new design incorporates multiple seating arrangements to suit different group sizes and activities. Artificial grass provides a low-maintenance surface, while a new overhead canopy ensures the space can be used throughout the year, regardless of weather.
